Abide Till Death is a Christian Alternative Metal band that was formed in November 2004 in East New Britain, Papua New Guinea. The musicians are Christians and love Heavy Metal and Nu-metal that led them to form the band and spread Gods message through the music to today’s generation. The name Abide Till Death is taken from (John 8:31-32-New King James version) which quotes, If you Abide in my words, you are my disciples indeed and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

In 2004 the guys namely Nathan Lowa (Vocals), Henry Lowa (Guitars), Daniel Warbat (Bass) and Anton Bobo (Drum) started jamming at the Radio East New Britain studio and played their first ever gig at the 2005 New Years Bash in front of 500 people. Following on that later in year the guys recorded their first single called “These Days” and also performed at the Oro Flood Relief Concert organized by PNG’s Famous International Artist, George Telek. In 2006, the band commenced recording their debut album with the assistance of Guitar Legend John Warbat which saw them lay the live drum tracks at Radio East New Britain Studio’s in Kokopo, ENBP. In 2007 they continued recording all the guitars works with a new member and long time friend and up and coming Guitar wiz Paul M Toravie. Also recorded were the vocals at their home studio at Korobosea Mission Station in Port Moresby. The following year 2008 bass tracks and additional guitar tracks were recorded at Whitehouse Production studios in Kokopo which belongs to no other than Guitar Legend John Warbat. Also following through was the final mix down which was done by John Warbat and assisted by Henry Lowa who continued into 2009 and completed.

The band entered Australia’s ABC Pacific Break Competition 2009 and generated interest with their song “Cast Your Vote”, which is a Punk Rock flavored song. The band's vocalist was interviewed later by competition hosts. The band also entered in 2010 with the song “Peace Inside You’’. Also the band got featured in the US Texas base Christian Hard Music magazine in the September – October 2009 issue. In 2010 the band changed name from Abide to Abide Till Death since the band decided to take a heavier approach musically following the Metalcore genre and foremost having a deeper spiritual meaning. 2010 saw the band welcoming the new drummer; Jonathan Nongkas from Stringsmetalix who was asked to join due to work commitment and unavailability of drummer Anton Bobo as well on board is Mallison Lowa on bass.

1st album -”These days” - 2009 - The band is will be releasing a (3) song EP this year 2014 called “Works Of Your Hand”
